FAQ

How Much Notice Do You Require?

As much as possible. Please allow a minimum of 7 days notice before your event. I cannot guarantee your date will be available if it is a last minute order, however please get in touch as I may be able to fit you in.

How do I order?

There are a variety of ways to get in touch.

You can do so via the website, below by hitting the "get in touch" button, on our Contact us form or via email on pudgescakery@gmail.com. You can also call us on 07528791189.

How do I store the cake until my event?

Transport the cake on the floor of the passenger seat, in the footwell. Keep your cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature a half an hour or so  before serving. Ensure it is kept away from flames, direct sunlight and ideally in a cool room.

I cannot be held responsible for any damage once a cake leaves my premises.

Cakes should NOT to held on your knee or placed on a seat.

This is due to timewasters in the past and we have had to introduce this policy to ensure that other orders are not lost due to time wasters.

Payment

Payment is made via bank transfer or paypal or cash upon collection. The deposit it payable upon ordering, the remaining balance is due upon collection of your cake, you can pay cash upon collection if you wish.

We don't cover our cakes in fondant and cannot offer fondant cakes, we specialise solely in buttercream cakes and only use small amount of fondant for decoration.

We can offer vegan, and dairy free cakes where no allergies are present and this is simply a dietary choice.

We cannot offer cakes for allergy sufferers unfortunately.

We work in a kitchen where flour, diary, peanuts egg etc are used in almost every bake so where we take every effort to ensure no cross contamination we cannot provide a 100% guarantee for this reason.
